My husband had the chicken, which was hands down the best we’ve ever had, and I had the fish — perfectly cooked and delicious. Our waitress Ruby was excellent — friendly and professional. “ A Hidden Gem by the canal We were gifted a voucher for Fiume by our lovely landlord/lady for Christmas—safe to say, they really spoil us! We're big fans of Italian food, and Fiume did not disappoint. The dishes were absolutely beautiful, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. I had a bit of a mishap with a whole prawn - I wasn’t quite sure how to tackle it, so it ended up being a missed opportunity on my plate. That’s on me, not the kitchen! The restaurant itself is quite small, but they’ve done a great job using large plants to create a sense of privacy between tables. It gives the space an intimate, cosy feel. That said, it’s a little tucked away - easy to miss if you don’t know exactly where to look. But once you find it, the setting by the canal is just lovely. I can only imagine how amazing it would be to dine there on a sunny day. Would we go again? Hell yeah! ”

“ The food from here is incredible!!!!! The BEST steak I’ve ever eaten! The chips were seasoned perfectly. The peppercorn sauce was divine. The starter will be a talking point for weeks! I had to the chicken and chorizo croquettes from the special board and OMG! Divine! The manager goes above and beyond, actually, all the staff do. Every staff member was brilliant and the atmosphere was just great! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!! The drinks were all incredible! They were just a completely different experience. Where else can you go and get amazing food and whiskey smoked at your table?!?! Incredible! ”
